harayo rāghavasyārthe samāropitavikramāḥ |

harṣaṁ vīrya balodrekān darśayantaḥ parasparam |

yauvanotsekajān darpād vividhāṁś cakrur adhvani ||

Translation

ラ―ガヴァの大義のため、ヴァーナラの戦士たちは武勇を奮い立たせて進み、互いに歓喜と勇猛、みなぎる力を示し合った。道すがら、若き熱情から生じる誇りに駆られて、さまざまな勇ましい所作を演じた。
