लङ्घितेतस्यतैस्सैन्यंजितमित्युपधारय ।सर्वंतीर्णंचमेसैन्यंजितमित्यवधार्यताम् ।।।।
laṅghite tasya taiḥ sainyaṃ jitam ity upadhāraya | sarvaṃ tīrṇaṃ ca me sainyaṃ jitam ity avadhāryatām ||
こう心得よ。もし彼らがそれを渡り切れば、勝利はすでに得られたも同然だ。確と知れ—我が全軍が渡り終えたなら、成就は必定である。
"Raghava! Having secured the information (of Sita) and known the location of the enemy's residence, I do not see the reason for your mourning."
Dharma-oriented leadership strengthens collective resolve by focusing on the decisive step and affirming confidence grounded in capability.
