Aditya Hridayam Upadeśa — Agastya’s Instruction to Rāma
तप्तचामीकराभायहरयेविश्मकर्मणे ।नमस्तमोभिनिघ्नायरुचयेलोकसाक्षिणे।।1.107.21।।
taptacāmīkarābhāya haraye viśvakarmaṇe |
namas tamo 'bhinighnāya rucaye lokasākṣiṇe ||6.107.21||
灼けた黄金のごとき輝きを放つ御方に、ハリに、宇宙の造り手に礼拝する。闇を打ち砕く御方、まさに光輝そのもの、世の証人に帰依し奉る。
"Namaskar to one possessing the lustre of pure gold, dispeller of darkness, architect of the universe, splendor incarnate in the form of fire in all, witnessor of all actions in the world.
Accountability before a cosmic witness: actions are seen, and thus one should act in truth (satya) and righteousness even under extreme pressure.
Agastya praises Sūrya as universal radiance and the world-witness to stabilize Rāma’s mind for the coming duel.
Integrity—acting as if every deed is witnessed, encouraging restraint and righteous intent.
