Sītā’s Perplexity and Recognition of Hanumān
मैथिली चिन्तयामास विस्मयं परमं गता।अहो भीममिदं रूपं वानरस्य दुरासदम्।।।।दुर्निरीक्षमिति ज्ञात्वा पुनरेव मुमोह सा।
maithilī cintayāmāsa vismayaṁ paramaṁ gatā |
aho bhīmam idaṁ rūpaṁ vānarasya durāsadam ||
durnirīkṣam iti jñātvā punar eva mumoha sā |
マイティリーは大いなる驚きに包まれて思案した。「ああ、このヴァーナラの姿は恐ろしい。近づきがたく、見つめがたい。」そう思い定めて、彼女は再び気を失った。
