Hanuman Enters Lanka and Encounters Laṅkā-devatā
तां समीक्ष्य पुरीं रम्यां राक्षसाधिपतेः शुभाम्।अनुत्तमामृद्धियुतां चिन्तयामास वीर्यवान्।।।।
tāṃ samīkṣya purīṃ ramyāṃ rākṣasādhipateḥ śubhām |
anuttamām ṛddhiyutāṃ cintayāmāsa vīryavān ||
羅刹の王の都、その麗しく吉祥にして比類なく、繁栄に満ちた都をつぶさに見定めると、勇力あるハヌマーンは思索をめぐらし始めた。
