जामदग्न्य
रामसंवादः — Parashurama Confronts Rama with the Vaishnava Bow
देवैस्तदा समागम्य सर्षिसघै स्सचारणै:।याचितौ प्रशमं तत्र जग्मतुस्तौ सुरोत्तमौ।।।।
devaistadā samāgamya sarṣisaṃghaiḥ sacāraṇaiḥ |
yācitau praśamaṃ tatra jagmatus tau surottamau ||
その後、諸天はリシたちの群れとチャーラナを伴ってそこに集い、二柱の最勝の神に鎮静と和合を願い出た。二神はそれを受け入れ、和睦した。
Then hosts of sages, charanas and the gods assembled there and beseeched both of them, the pre-eminent among the gods to keep peace.
Dharma favors reconciliation: when conflict threatens the world, the wise community (gods and sages) intervenes to restore peace.
After the divine clash intensifies, celestial beings assemble and request both divine powers to desist, resulting in pacification.
Peacemaking and humility: even supreme beings heed rightful counsel and accept restraint.
