त्रिशङ्कुस्वर्गारोহণम्

अयं कुशिकदायादो मुनि: परमकोपन:।।1.60.5।।यदाह वचनं सम्यगेतत्कार्यं न संशय:।अग्निकल्पो हि भगवान् शापं दास्यति रोषित:।।1.60.6।।
ayaṃ kuśikadāyādo muniḥ paramakopanaḥ || (1.60.5) yad āha vacanaṃ samyag etat kāryaṃ na saṃśayaḥ | agnikalpo hi bhagavān śāpaṃ dāsyati roṣitaḥ || (1.60.6)
同じ戒めが繰り返される。クシカの末裔なる聖仙ヴィシュヴァーミトラは激しく怒りやすく、その言葉は寸分違わず実行されねばならない。怒らせれば、火のごとき尊者は必ず呪詛を宣する。
"Born in the line of Kusika, this sage is extremely cholerictempered. Whatever he says must be properly carried out. There should be no resitation on this score. The venerable sage is like fire. He will curse us if angered.
