akṣauhiṇī-parivṛtaḥ paricakrāma medinīm ||

Translation

ある時、その大いなる威光の王は軍勢を整え、アクシャウヒニー（akṣauhiṇī）の大軍に囲まれて、王者の巡行として大地を巡った。
