अन्या स्रवन्तु मैरेयं सुरामन्यास्सुविष्ठिताम्।अपरा श्चोदकं शीतमिक्षुकाण्डरसोपमम्।।।।
anyā sravantu maireyaṃ surām anyāḥ suviṣṭhitām | aparāś codakaṃ śītam ikṣukāṇḍa-rasopamam || 2.91.15 ||
「ある流れはマイレーヤの酒となって流れ、ある流れはよく調えられたスラー酒となって流れ、またある流れは冷ややかな水となって流れよ。甘さはサトウキビの汁のごとく。」
