この国は—あらゆる障りを除かれて—父上より、また兄上より、汝に授けられた。喜ぶ大臣たちとともにこれを受け、速やかに聖なる灌頂の即位を受けよ。
The kingdom free from obstacles has been passed on to you by your father and brother. Get yourself coronated quickly and enjoy it along with your cheerful ministers.
Dharma is framed as continuity of governance: a stable coronation prevents disorder; legitimacy is presented as coming from father and elder brother.
Vasiṣṭha urges Bharata to accept coronation, presenting the kingdom as already rightfully transferred to him.
Institutional responsibility—accepting duty for the realm’s stability (even if Bharata personally resists, the counsel emphasizes timely governance).
