Transliteration

tasyaiṣā dharma-rājasya dharma-mūlā mahātmanaḥ |

paribhramati rājya-śrīr naur ivākarṇikā jale ||

Translation

ダルマに根ざして治めるその大いなる王にとって、正法を根とする王国の吉祥は、いまや舵取りなき舟のごとく水上を漂い揺れる。
