प्रगृह्य शिरसा पात्रीं हविषो विधिवत्तदा ।
महते दैवतायाज्यं जुहाव ज्वलितेऽनले ॥२॥
pragṛhya śirasā pātrīṃ haviṣo vidhivat tadā |
mahate daivatāyājyaṃ juhāva jvalite 'nale ||2||
そのとき儀礼の法に従い、供物の器を頭上に捧げ持ち、燃え盛る聖なる火にギーを注いで、偉大なる神（ヴィシュヌ）へ供養として捧げた。
