「御者よ、川から遠からぬところに、この大きなイングディー樹がある。花と若芽に満ちている。ここに留まろう。」
O charioteer! there is a very large ingudi (almond) tree not far from the river, luxuriant with flowers and budding leaves. We shall stay there tonight.
Dharma as restraint and simplicity: Rāma accepts minimal shelter in nature, embodying disciplined living appropriate to exile and truth-kept vows.
Rāma selects a campsite near the river under a large iṅgudī tree for the night.
Austerity with practicality: he chooses a modest, safe resting place without complaint.
