Transliteration

kvacit stimitagambhīrāṃ kvacid vega-jalākulām |

kvacid gambhīra-nirghoṣāṃ kvacid bhairava-nisvanām ||2.50.17||

Translation

あるところでは深く静まり、あるところでは急流にかき乱されていた。ここでは重々しく荘厳な轟きが響き、かしこでは恐ろしい唸り声がとどろいた。
