जटायुवृत्तान्तः
Jatāyu’s Testimony and Rāma’s Grief
नास्त्यभाग्यतरो लोके मत्तोऽस्मिन्सचराचरे।येनेयं महती प्राप्ता मया व्यसनवागुरा।।।।
nāsty abhāgyataro loke matto 'smin sa-carācare |
yeneyaṃ mahatī prāptā mayā vyasanavāgurā ||
動くものと動かぬものが満ちるこの世に、我ほど不運な者はない——この巨大な災厄の罠に遭ったのは、ほかならぬ我だからだ。
