सन्निरुद्धग्रहगणमावारितनिशाकरम्।।3.64.60।।विप्रणष्टानलमरुद्भास्करद्युतिसंवृतम्।विनिर्मथितशैलाग्रं शुष्यमाणजलाशयम्।।3.64.61।।ध्वस्तद्रुमलतागुल्मं विप्रणाशितसागरम्।त्रैलोक्यं तु करिष्यामि संयुक्तं कालकर्मणा।।3.64.62।।

vipraṇaṣṭānalamarudbhāskaradyutisaṃvṛtam |
vinirmathitaśailāgraṃ śuṣyamāṇajalāśayam || 3.64.61 ||
dhvastadrumalatāgulmaṃ vipraṇāśitasāgaram |
trailokyaṃ tu kariṣyāmi saṃyuktaṃ kālakarmaṇā || 3.64.62 ||
私は三界を死に至る大惨事へと投げ込むであろう。惑星の道は閉ざされ、月は拘束される。火、風、太陽の輝きは覆い隠される。山の頂は砕かれ、水は干上がる。草木は荒らされ、海そのものも無に帰すであろう。かくして世界は死の業に繋がれるのである。
I will obstruct the movement of planets and the Moon, destroy the radiance of the Sun, the fire and block the wind crush the mountain tops, dry up the tanks, destroy the trees shrubs and creepers and annihilate the oceans. I shall bring about this fatal change at once in the three worlds.
Dharma is contrasted with destructive rage: the text shows the frightening reach of power when untethered, inviting reflection that true righteousness protects the innocent while punishing the guilty.
This is a continuation/duplication of the apocalyptic threat sequence in which Rāma declares he can overturn cosmic order.
Determination—yet also the need for self-mastery (dama); the scene is pedagogical in showing why restraint is integral to dharma.
