Prabhāsa-kṣetra: Circuit of Tīrthas and Shrines Leading to Bhukti and Mokṣa
मोक्षभागी भवेद्देवि नात्र कार्या विचारणा । ततश्चक्रधरं प्राप्य पूजयेद्यो विधानतः ॥ २३ ॥
mokṣabhāgī bhaveddevi nātra kāryā vicāraṇā | tataścakradharaṃ prāpya pūjayedyo vidhānataḥ || 23 ||
Narada (teaching within a dialogue addressed to Devi/Parvati in the narrative frame)
Vrata: none
Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"bhakti","secondary_rasa":"shanta","emotional_journey":"Assures liberation with emphatic certainty, then directs the devotee to disciplined, rule-based worship of Viṣṇu (Cakradhara), shifting from assurance to method."}
It asserts certainty of moksha for the devotee who approaches Lord Viṣṇu (Cakradhara) and performs worship in the scripturally prescribed manner, removing hesitation or doubt about the result.
Bhakti is shown as reverent approach (prāpya) and disciplined worship (pūjā) of Viṣṇu; devotion is not merely emotion but is expressed through faithful observance of vidhi, which the Purana presents as moksha-bearing.
Ritual procedure—vidhi/kalpa-oriented practice—is emphasized: worship should be performed 'vidhānataḥ' (according to ordinance), pointing to correct ritual method rather than speculative debate.
