Narada (narrative listing within Uttara-Bhaga context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It highlights that sacred contexts described in the Uttara-Bhaga are attended not only by realized truth-seers but also by revered Devīs and yogic perfections (siddhis), indicating an atmosphere of heightened spiritual potency and merit.
By naming Lakṣmī and other divine presences, the verse implicitly frames the sacred setting as one where devotion and reverence naturally arise; bhakti is strengthened by remembering and honoring the Devīs and the realized beings associated with holy places and dharmic acts.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa) is taught directly in this verse; instead, it uses Purāṇic cataloging of deities and siddhis to underscore the ritual-spiritual value (Kalpa-oriented dharmic framing) of the surrounding tirtha-mahātmya narrative.
