FAQs

It states a classic purāṇic phala-śruti: the merit gained (from the chapter’s prescribed sacred act/observance) yields heavenly honor among Siddhas, Gandharvas, and Devas, and later grants high worldly sovereignty upon return.

Though phrased as results, it supports the bhakti-dharma framework of the Narada Purana: devoted merit (often through tīrtha-sevā, worship, and dharmic observance) is said to elevate the devotee to divine association and auspicious rebirth.

No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa) is taught in this verse; it functions as phala-śruti, emphasizing the outcome of correct dharmic practice rather than technical procedure.
