FAQs

The verse portrays the luminous, merit-born “divine abode” imagery typical of tirtha-mahātmya sections, emphasizing that dharma and sacred merit culminate in a radiant state where fulfillments naturally manifest.

By describing a supreme abode filled with auspicious splendor and fulfillments, the verse supports the Purāṇic bhakti worldview: devotion and sacred acts lead to proximity to the divine realm, where grace expresses itself as harmony, protection, and attainment.

No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa) is taught in this line; it is primarily a mahatmya-style phalaśruti description using Purāṇic poetic markers (vimāna, ratna-hāra, arka-tejas) to convey the result of merit.
