The Exposition of the Maheśa Mantra
Mahēśa-mantra-prakāśana
अष्टलक्षं जपेन्मंत्रं तत्सहस्रं घृतान्वितैः । पायसैर्जुहुयात्पीठेमूर्तिं संकल्प्य मूलतः ॥ १०५ ॥
aṣṭalakṣaṃ japenmaṃtraṃ tatsahasraṃ ghṛtānvitaiḥ | pāyasairjuhuyātpīṭhemūrtiṃ saṃkalpya mūlataḥ || 105 ||
マントラを八十万回ジャパ(誦持)し、その後、ギーとパーヤサ(乳粥)を混ぜた供物を千回、火中にホーマとして捧げよ。まずピīṭha(祭壇の座)においてサンカルパを立て、儀礼の根本意志より神格の御姿を観想し安置するのである。
