उदकैर्लिलितं पश्चाद्गलितं पैष्टिकं मधु । वृक्षजं फलजं चेति द्विविधं क्रियते मधु ॥ १७ ॥
udakairlilitaṃ paścādgalitaṃ paiṣṭikaṃ madhu | vṛkṣajaṃ phalajaṃ ceti dvividhaṃ kriyate madhu || 17 ||
蜜(甘き酒)は二種に作られる。(一) 粉からの蜜—まず水と和し、のちに濾すもの。(二) 植物より得る蜜—樹より、または果より生ずるもの。
