Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches inner ritualization: the practitioner sanctifies body and speech through ṣaḍaṅga-nyāsa and varṇa-nyāsa, making the body a fit locus for mantra and steady contemplation.
By prescribing disciplined mantra-practice (nyāsa), it supports bhakti as a focused, embodied remembrance—devotion stabilized through correct ritual and meditative placement of sacred sound.
Śikṣā (phonetics) and mantra-vidhi are implied: varṇa-nyāsa depends on precise knowledge of sounds/letters, and ṣaḍaṅga-nyāsa reflects technical ritual procedure used in Vedic-tantric recitation.
