Narada (teaching in a technical/Vedanga mode, within the Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It emphasizes disciplined, rule-based handling of sacred sound—showing that mantra efficacy and Vedic transmission depend on precise, ‘fixed’ phonetic/grammatical procedures (Vedanga), which protect dharma and correct ritual practice.
Indirectly: by safeguarding correct mantra-forms used in Vishnu-oriented worship and Vedic rites, it supports bhakti through accurate recitation and authorized textual practice rather than improvisation.
A Vyakarana/Shiksha-type derivational procedure: elements are treated as ‘fixed’, ‘elided (śūnya)’, or ‘joined (yuta)’ with markers like ‘agni’ and ‘tavi’ to yield specific resultant word-forms—useful for correct chanting, formation, and ritual application of mantric terms.
