それより後、ラサは不動となり、ついで風(ヴァーユ)の運行と結ばれる。さらに、水の上を白鳥が行くように動いて強まり、そしてそのラサは再び不動となる。
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a technical Vedanga-style exposition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It describes an inner process where the vital essence (rasa) alternates between activation and stabilization, implying disciplined regulation of subtle forces (especially vāyu) to reach steadiness.
Though technical, it supports Bhakti by emphasizing steadiness and refinement of the inner instrument; a stabilized prāṇa-mind field makes remembrance and worship of Vishnu more continuous and undistracted.
A technical, quasi-yogic physiology aligned with Vedanga-style instruction: how vāyu (marut) interacts with inner ‘rasa’ and how stabilization (sthira) is a key practical outcome of disciplined practice.
