Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It identifies a specific “nitya” (ever-effective) mantra-vidyā called Nīlapatākā and preserves its technical structure—sequence and syllable-count—showing that spiritual efficacy is tied to precise transmission.
By presenting a named, eternal mantra, it implies a practical bhakti-method: devotion expressed through disciplined japa/recitation, where correct form (akṣara and order) supports steady worship and remembrance.
Śikṣā-oriented precision: the verse stresses akṣara-count (saptadaśākṣarī) and ordered phonetic components, underscoring correct pronunciation and sequencing as essential to mantra practice.
