It teaches a mandala-based approach to worship: the Śakti principle is honored as structured powers of sacred seats (pīṭhas), invoked in the directions and the center to establish completeness and protection in ritual space.
By prescribing attentive worship (saṃpūjya) of named divine powers, it frames devotion as disciplined reverence—bhakti expressed through orderly invocation, remembrance of names, and sanctification of space.
Ritual procedure and spatial placement: it reflects applied kalpa-style practice—assigning deities to dik (quarters) and madhya (center) as part of a structured puja/mandala arrangement.
