हृदंतिमादिकांतार्णमपराद्यानि चात्मने । मत्यंतानि च तत्वानि जीवाद्यानि न्यसेत्क्रमात् ॥ ११ ॥
hṛdaṃtimādikāṃtārṇamaparādyāni cātmane | matyaṃtāni ca tatvāni jīvādyāni nyasetkramāt || 11 ||
心臓より始めて内なる終端(頭頂)に至るまで、アートマンのためにニヤーサ(nyāsa)を行い、高次のタットヴァを安置すべし。さらに順序に従い、ジーヴァより始まり身体の死すべき段階に至る諸原理をも安置すべし。
