我は昼も夜も、内なる魂を恐れなくして歩む—王の大路においても、甚だ危うき道においても、盗賊の群がる道においてさえ。

It highlights abhaya (fearlessness) born from inner steadiness—when the mind is rooted in the inner Self, external dangers (even thieves or perilous roads) do not disturb one’s spiritual composure.
Bhakti matures into trust and surrender that stabilizes the heart; such inner refuge makes a devotee steady in all conditions—day or night, safe roads or threatening places—without losing remembrance of the Divine.
It reflects the practical sādhana-side of dharma taught alongside technical learning: self-discipline and mental control (inner steadiness) are essential supports for any Vedic pursuit, including study, recitation, and regulated conduct.
