It teaches that sacred worship begins with inner purity and correct ritual form—creating Hanumān’s image with proper lakṣaṇas becomes a disciplined act of devotion that supports steadiness, protection, and bhakti.
Bhakti here is expressed through upāsanā: a devotee mindfully prepares Hanumān’s pratima with reverence and purity, turning a physical act (image-making) into focused remembrance and service.
It reflects kalpa-style ritual know-how—materials, method, and iconographic lakṣaṇa (proper marks) for a pratima—showing technical discipline in worship rather than mere sentiment.
