マールティ(ハヌマーン)を念想すべし。灼けた黄金のごとく輝き、合掌して恭敬の礼をなし、揺れる耳飾りにより面は光り、蓮華の眼をもつ—障碍を除く者。
Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual-application context within Book 1.3)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It prescribes Māruti-smaraṇa (meditative remembrance of Hanumān) as a vighna-nāśaka practice—invoking a sattvic, protective presence that steadies the mind and clears impediments in sādhana and ritual.
By directing the devotee to visualize Hanumān with reverent añjali and auspicious features, it emphasizes personal devotion expressed through dhyāna and smṛti—bhakti that becomes a focused, repeatable discipline.
It reflects ritual-technical application: a prescribed dhyāna-lakṣaṇa (iconographic meditation cue-set) used as an ancillary aid to mantra/pujā procedure—supporting correct mental formation (bhāvanā) and concentration.
