Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It emphasizes disciplined, concentrated performance of mantra-based auxiliaries (ṣaḍaṅga), where correct sound (varṇa) and sacred resonance support the rite’s sanctity and efficacy.
While technical, it supports bhakti by prescribing reverent, orderly worship—mantra recitation with focused mind and auspicious ceremonial sounds that elevate the devotional atmosphere.
Śikṣā (phonetics) is implied through “varṇa” (correct syllables) and mantra-production, showing that precise articulation and disciplined ritual procedure are essential parts of Vedic practice.
