Rāmādi-pūjā-vidhāna
ऋषिः सदाशिवः प्रोक्तो गायत्री छंद ईरितम् । शिवोमारामचंद्रोऽत्र देवता परिकीर्तितः ॥ ११४ ॥
ṛṣiḥ sadāśivaḥ prokto gāyatrī chaṃda īritam | śivomārāmacaṃdro'tra devatā parikīrtitaḥ || 114 ||
この真言のリシ(見者)はサダーシヴァと説かれ、韻律(チャンダス)はガーヤトリーとされる。ここでの主宰神は「シヴォー・ウマー・ラーマチャンドラ」と称えられる。
Narada (as transmitter of mantra-lakshana within Vedanga-style instruction)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It gives the mantra-identifiers (ṛṣi, chandas, devatā), a traditional Vedic requirement for correct japa and viniyoga, linking the practice to Sadāśiva, the Gāyatrī metre, and the chosen presiding deity-form.
By explicitly naming the devatā as Śiva with Umā and Rāmacandra, it frames devotion as focused remembrance (smaraṇa/japa) with a clearly defined deity-form, supporting steadiness and one-pointed bhakti.
Chandas (Vedic prosody) and mantra-lakṣaṇa: the verse specifies Gāyatrī as the metre and records ṛṣi–devatā details used in ritual manuals for accurate recitation and application.
