至上我(パラマートマン)を観想し、マントラを十万遍唱えよ。この修行においては、六字のマントラをはじめ、ホーマ(火供)、日々の礼拝、その他の諸作法を、ことごとく如法に行うべし。
Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual context to the Sanatkumara tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It presents a complete sādhana framework: inner contemplation of the Paramātman supported by disciplined mantra-japa (a fixed numerical observance) and outward ritual supports like homa and daily arcana.
Bhakti is shown as both remembrance (cintana) and service (arcana): the devotee holds the Supreme in mind while honoring the deity through regular worship and offerings, making devotion steady and methodical.
It emphasizes applied ritual procedure—japa counts (lakṣa), homa, and nityārcana—skills aligned with Kalpa (ritual science) and mantra-prayoga traditions discussed in technical sections of the Purāṇa.
