गले पार्श्वद्वये पृष्ठे ककुद्यर्णान्मनूद्भवान् । प्रणवान्तरितान् कृत्वा न्यसेत्साधकसत्तमः ॥ १९ ॥
gale pārśvadvaye pṛṣṭhe kakudyarṇānmanūdbhavān | praṇavāntaritān kṛtvā nyasetsādhakasattamaḥ || 19 ||
修行者の中の最勝者は、マヌ(Manu)より生ずる音節を、喉・身体の両脇・背に安置してニャーサを行うべきである。その各音節は、プラナヴァ「オーム(Oṁ)」を前置して区切りとする。
