प्रजापतिर्मुनिश्चास्य गायत्री छन्द ईरितः । देवता वासुदेवस्तु बीजं शक्तिर्ध्रुवश्च हृत् ॥ ७४ ॥
prajāpatirmuniścāsya gāyatrī chanda īritaḥ | devatā vāsudevastu bījaṃ śaktirdhruvaśca hṛt || 74 ||
このマントラにおいて、プラジャーパティがリシ(ṛṣi)、ガーヤトリーが韻律(chandas)、ヴァースデーヴァが主宰神(devatā)と宣言される。さらにビージャ(bīja)とシャクティ(śakti)が説かれ、ドゥルヴァ(Dhruva)を心(hṛd)に据えて支えの鍵とする。
