स्पर्शान्सेंदून्समुञ्चार्य ङेंतं भास्करमण्डलम् । न्यसेत्कंठादिनाभ्यंतं ध्यायन्प्रद्योतनं हृदि ॥ ११ ॥
sparśānseṃdūnsamuñcārya ṅeṃtaṃ bhāskaramaṇḍalam | nyasetkaṃṭhādinābhyaṃtaṃ dhyāyanpradyotanaṃ hṛdi || 11 ||
母音を伴う触音(sparśa)を正しく唱えたのち、輝ける日輪(bhāskara-maṇḍala)をニヤーサによって喉から臍のあたりまで安置し、心中にその照耀を観想すべきである。
