षड्दीर्घाढ्येन बीजेन यं च बीजादिना पुनः । षङंगानि न्यसेदस्य जातियुक्तानि मंत्रवित् ॥ ७ ॥
ṣaḍdīrghāḍhyena bījena yaṃ ca bījādinā punaḥ | ṣaṅaṃgāni nyasedasya jātiyuktāni maṃtravit || 7 ||
真言に通じた者は、六つの長母音を具えた種子音(bīja)によって六支分のニヤーサ(nyāsa)を施し、さらに「yaṃ」で始まる種子音でもう一度ニヤーサを行うべきである。かくして各々に相応しい「jāti」(類・唱法)を伴わせて六つのaṅgaを安置する。
