Narada (instructional narration within the Vedanga/ritual context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: vira
It teaches that inner and outer purity (śauca), correct ritual entry (ācamana), and steady posture (āsana) are prerequisites for success in sacred practice, because obstacles arise at multiple levels and must be consciously removed.
Bhakti is supported by reverent preparation: the devotee approaches worship with cleanliness, restraint, and focused effort, removing distractions and impediments so the mind can remain steadily directed toward the deity and mantra.
It highlights ritual discipline used alongside Vedanga practice—especially preparatory acts like ācamana and maintaining śauca—showing the procedural side of mantra and recitation where correct setup and obstacle-removal are treated as technical requirements.
