सव्यपाष्णि गुदे स्थाप्य दक्षिणं च ध्वजोपरि । योनिमुद्राबंध एवं भवेदासनमुत्तमम् ॥ ६२ ॥
savyapāṣṇi gude sthāpya dakṣiṇaṃ ca dhvajopari | yonimudrābaṃdha evaṃ bhavedāsanamuttamam || 62 ||
左の踵を肛門に据え、右の踵をリンガの上に置き、「ヨーニー・ムドラー」と名づける締め(ロック)を施す。かくして最上の坐法(アーサナ)が成る。
