The Description of Mārkaṇḍeya
विदितानि च शास्त्राणि परार्थं प्रवदन्ति ये । सर्वत्र गुणभाजो ये ते वै भागवताः स्मृताः ॥ ७१ ॥
viditāni ca śāstrāṇi parārthaṃ pravadanti ye | sarvatra guṇabhājo ye te vai bhāgavatāḥ smṛtāḥ || 71 ||
シャーストラを悟り、他者の利益のためにそれを説く者、またあらゆる場において徳に与る者—その人々はバ―ガヴァタ（主の帰依者）として記憶される。
