Narada (narrating to the Sanatkumara brothers)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It frames the child’s birth as divinely sourced—arising from Hari’s tejas—emphasizing that true greatness and spiritual authority originate in Vishnu’s power rather than merely human lineage.
By attributing the son’s excellence to a share of Hari’s radiance, the verse directs attention to Hari as the ultimate refuge and source—an implicit bhakti teaching that all auspiciousness flows from devotion to Vishnu.
The verse reflects traditional dharmic understanding of human gestation (“ten months”), aligning with classical time-reckoning used in Jyotiṣa-style calendrical thinking, though no explicit Vedanga procedure is taught in this line.
