おお牟尼の中の最勝者よ。自らのアーシュラマにふさわしい、ヴェーダに説かれた法を行じ、しかもハリへの瞑想に専心する者は、至上の境地(パラマ・パダ)に至る。

It teaches that liberation is attained not by abandoning duty, but by doing one’s Veda-based āśrama-dharma while keeping the mind fixed on Hari through steady meditation.
Bhakti is shown as inner orientation: even while engaged in prescribed works, the devotee remains haridhyāna-para—primarily devoted to contemplating Vishnu—making devotion the guiding center of life.
It emphasizes correct adherence to vedodita dharma according to one’s āśrama—implying proper understanding of Vedic injunctions and ritual duty (kalpa/prayoga), though the verse itself is primarily about integrating duty with Hari-dhyāna.
