The Greatness of Viṣṇu
Viṣṇor Māhātmya
सर्वाधारं सर्वयोनिं सर्वान्तर्यामिणं विभुम् । ये प्रपन्ना महात्मानस्ते कृतार्था न संशयः ॥ ५९ ॥
sarvādhāraṃ sarvayoniṃ sarvāntaryāmiṇaṃ vibhum | ye prapannā mahātmānaste kṛtārthā na saṃśayaḥ || 59 ||
一切を支え、一切の源であり、万物の内に住する内なる統御者、遍満する至上主に帰依した大いなる魂は、まことに人生の目的を成就した。疑いはない。
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It declares that life’s true success (kṛtārthatā) is attained by surrendering to the Supreme who supports all beings, originates all creation, and dwells within all as the antaryāmin.
Bhakti here is expressed as prapatti (taking refuge): wholehearted dependence on Vishnu/Paramatman, recognizing Him as both transcendent (vibhu) and immanent (antaryāmin).
No specific Vedanga technique is taught in this verse; it emphasizes Vedantic doctrine—understanding the antaryāmin and cultivating śaraṇāgati as the practical spiritual discipline.
