Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhayanaka (fear)
Secondary Rasa: shanta (peace)
It stresses strict niyamas in ritual conduct: the same act (drinking a prescribed substance) becomes auspicious or disastrous depending on correct ritual parameters such as the vessel’s material.
Bhakti is expressed through careful obedience to scriptural injunctions; disciplined practice and reverence for prescribed rules are presented as safeguards that support a devotee’s spiritual life.
It reflects Kalpa (ritual procedure) and dharma-śāstra style injunctions—practical rules about implements (like metal vessels) used in regulated acts.
