Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It declares that even the highest celestial attainments (up to Brahmaloka) remain within saṃsāra, while liberation is gained through desireless action—karma performed without attachment to results.
By urging freedom from fruit-craving, it supports bhakti as a selfless offering: actions and rites become worship rather than bargaining for rewards, which aligns the mind toward the supreme goal (parama pada).
The practical takeaway is ritual discipline with correct intent: Vedic rites (karma) should be executed properly yet without expectation of specific fruits—emphasizing dharmic performance over result-obsession.
