शिरः शिखां च संपूर्य कुभयित्वा विरेचयेत् । वाममध्यात्परैर्वायुं क्रमेण प्राणसंयमे ॥ ४७ ॥
śiraḥ śikhāṃ ca saṃpūrya kubhayitvā virecayet | vāmamadhyātparairvāyuṃ krameṇa prāṇasaṃyame || 47 ||
調息の修行においては、息を頭と頂の髻(しけ)に満たし、堅く保持してから吐き出すべきである。その後、左より始め、次いで中(の道)へと、順序に従って段階的に息を調御する。
