Māsopavāsa (Month-long Fast) and Repeated Parāka Observances: Procedure and Fruits

नारी वा पुरुषो वापि व्रतमेतत्सुदुर्लभम् । कृत्वा मोक्षमवान्पोति योगिनामपि दुर्लभम् ॥ २६ ॥

nārī vā puruṣo vāpi vratametatsudurlabham | kṛtvā mokṣamavānpoti yogināmapi durlabham || 26 ||

女であれ男であれ、この誓戒はきわめて稀である。これを修すれば、ヨーギーにさえ得難い解脱(モークシャ)を得る。
