Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It centers liberation-oriented contemplation: the Supreme Reality is beyond worldly hierarchies, beyond the guṇas, and is realized as the subtlest Brahman—hence the repeated act of surrender and reverence.
Bhakti is expressed as continual pranāma—humble, repeated surrender—directed to the highest Reality; even when described as nirguṇa and subtle, the verse models devotion through constant remembrance and homage.
No specific Vedāṅga practice is taught in this verse; its practical takeaway is the disciplined repetition of stuti/pranāma as a contemplative aid aligned with Vedāntic discernment.
