Narada
Vrata: Dvādaśa-Āditya-vrata
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It frames vrata as disciplined dharma supported by devatā-arcana, specifically aligning the observance with the solar order (Ādityas) that sustains ṛta, vitality, and rightful conduct.
Bhakti here is expressed as reverent worship (arcana) performed with discernment (dhīmān), where devotion is made concrete through honoring specific divine powers that uphold cosmic and social harmony.
It reflects ritual application (kalpa-style practice): during a vrata one performs prescribed arcana to specific devatās—in this case the twelve Ādityas—showing how liturgical lists guide correct worship.
